The production of impregnated and compressed foams started in Traun/Austria 1963. At this time the company COMPRIBAND was a pioneer and introduced this new development of sealants to Austria. Compriband was immediately successful, hence, an international conglomerate was established with affiliated companies and production sites on all continents.
Foundation of the company by Adolf Eigruber.
We introduced the product Compriband and became reliable partner solving sealing problems for the industry.
Hermann Eigruber became new owner of the company, being still in the hand of the family.
Dipl.-Ing. Horst Resch, the nephew of Hermann and Adolf, acquired the family owned company compriband by 100%. A fast expansion started.
